1 → OVERVIEW

Please read this agreement before installing or using the trial font software distributed by Typeji LLC (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”). This Trial Font End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding legal contract between Us and the Licensee (“You” or “Your”) and governs the permitted uses of the Trial Fonts. By installing, copying, or using any portion of the Trial Fonts, You accept and agree to this Agreement. If You do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not install or use the Trial Fonts.

2 → GRANT OF LICENSE

We grant You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, nonsublicensable, and revocable license to use the Trial Fonts for the following purposes:

Testing and Evaluation: To assess the suitability of the Fonts for potential projects.

Academic Projects: For students currently enrolled in accredited educational institutions to use in non-commercial academic work.

Client Pitches and Proposals: To create non-commercial mockups or presentations for client consideration.

If You are uncertain whether Your intended use qualifies under this Agreement, please contact us at ABC@typeji.com before proceeding.

3 → STUDENT USE AND ATTRIBUTION

Students may use the Trial Fonts for non-commercial academic projects. If such projects are shared publicly (e.g., on personal websites, portfolios, or social media), You are required to credit Typeji by including the attribution: [Font Name] by @typeji.

4 → RESTRICTIONS

You shall not:

  • ① Use the Trial Fonts for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to paid work, advertising, or merchandise.
  • ② Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Trial Fonts.
  • ③ Distribute, share, rent, lease, or sublicense the Trial Fonts to any third party.
  • ④ Embed the Trial Fonts into software, applications, or devices without obtaining the appropriate license.
  • ⑤ Use the Trial Fonts in any manner not expressly permitted by this Agreement.
  • ⑥ Engage in any AI training using the Font Software or any of its output, or allow any third party to do so, including training generative AI models to produce text or images in the style of any included font, unless you obtain Typeji’s express permission.

5 → INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Trial Fonts, including their design and software, are the exclusive property of Typeji LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant You any ownership rights in the Trial Fonts.

6 → TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke Your license to use the Trial Fonts at any time if You breach any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Trial Fonts and destroy all copies in Your possession.

7 → NO WARRANTY

The Trial Fonts are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8 → LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Typeji LLC be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Trial Fonts, even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9 → GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
